Aluminum Alloys

Grades: 7075-T6, 6061-T6, 2024-T3 The backbone of aerospace structures. These alloys offer an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and excellent machinability. We specialize in 7000-series for high-stress structural parts and 2000-series for fatigue-resistant wing and fuselage components.

Titanium Alloys

Grades: Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5), Grade 2 Ideal for critical components requiring steel-like strength at 50% of the weight. Titanium’s superior corrosion resistance and ability to withstand temperatures up to 600°C make it the gold standard for engine parts, landing gear, and structural fasteners.

Nickel-Based Superalloys (Inconel®)

Grades: Inconel 718, 625 Engineered for the most extreme environments. These alloys maintain high mechanical strength and creep resistance at temperatures exceeding 1000°C. Perfect for rocket engine nozzles, turbine blades, and exhaust systems.

Stainless & Alloy Steels

Grades: 17-4 PH, 15-5 PH, 4130, 4340 High-strength steels provide the toughness and fatigue resistance needed for high-load applications. Precipitation-hardening (PH) stainless steels are widely used for actuators, shafts, and landing gear components where durability is non-negotiable.

High-Performance Plastics

Grades: PEEK, Ultem (PEI), PTFE, Nylon Lightweight, flame-retardant, and insulating. These polymers replace metal in non-structural applications to reduce overall aircraft weight. Typical uses include interior cabin components, bushings, and electrical housings.

Specialty Alloys
