Xtmade is a custom manufacturing company that primarily provides injection molding services, rapid prototyping, CNC machining, and 3D printing. Xtmade focuses on production efficiency and the use of advanced technologies to produce custom components and meet the requirements specified by customers in a variety of industries such as medical devices, aerospace, automotive, consumer products, and industrial. From design to part, we own the product production process. Our Facilities
We achieve exceptional quality standards through advanced technology, a highly skilled workforce, and a modern, 120,000-square-foot facility located in Shenzhen, China. We are committed to maintaining a technological edge in a highly competitive industry. Equipped with 35 overhead cranes and high-precision imported 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers—as well as horizontal CNC machines—our facility is capable of handling workpieces (such as molds) weighing up to 20 tons. In fact, our plant houses 66 machining centers, 100 injection molding machines, and a wide range of other advanced manufacturing equipment, enabling us to handle projects of any scale. We have also invested in material testing equipment to verify that the materials used are suitable for each specific project. Furthermore, we utilize automated Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to obtain rapid and accurate measurement results.
